Frequently Asked Questions

  • Benefits of frame tents compared to pole tents

Frame tents offer more room underneath the tent and can be installed on both grass and hard surfaces (i.e., pavement, driveway, parking lots), while pole tents cannot. Frame tents are also more sturdy in windy/rainy weather when compared to pole tents.

  • Is there a deposit required?

Yes, we do require a 25% non-refundable deposit for all rentals. A deposit ensures that your rental equipment is reserved for your event.

  • Do you require a contract?

Yes, as a fully insured and licensed company we require all of our customers to sign a contract. The contract serves to provide some level of guidance and protection. The contract will be sent over to the client during the booking process. In most cases, the contract will be signed and returned electronically.

  • When do you set up?

In most cases we deliver/set up the day or two prior to the event date. However, depending on the weather, we may set up the morning of the event. We will contact our customers one week prior to the event date to notify them of the estimated date and time of delivery/set up.

  • Do you provide tablecloths for table rentals?

No, at this time we do not provide tablecloths as a rental option. Most of our customers utilize one-time usage/disposable tablecloths. While we do not provide tablecloths as a rental option, we can provide a recommendation on the size to ensure they fit the tables properly.

  • What payment methods are accepted?

We accept credit cards, debit cards, cash, check, or Venmo.

  • Do you charge a delivery fee?

For local events, we do not charge a delivery fee for our rental packages. Events that are outside of our local delivery radius (10 miles), will be charged a delivery fee of $.75 per mile.

  • Will you set up the chairs around the table?

No, chairs are stacked on top of the tables during delivery. The customer is responsible for setting the chairs up around the table. We encourage our customers to stack the chairs back on the tables following the event.

  • When do you pick up rental equipment?

We often take down the tent and collect our equipment one to three days after the event. This is often dependent on logistics and weather.

  • What surfaces can a pole tent be set up on?

For safety reasons, we do not set up our pole tents on asphalt or pavement (i.e., driveway, parking lot). Therefore, we prefer to set up our pole tents on grass only.
